Towel Made from Paper Yarn
Washi paper is a naturally recyclable and sustainable material.
For this towel, we used washi produced in Mino City, Gifu Prefecture—one of Japan's most renowned washi-making regions.
The washi is cut into 2mm strips, twisted into yarn, and woven directly into the fabric.

To the touch, it feels just like traditional washi.
As with blotting papers used to absorb facial oils, washi naturally has excellent absorbency—gently pressing it to the skin draws away moisture with ease.
This towel is lightweight and quick-drying.
It has a crisp, linen-like texture and a firm, substantial feel against the skin.
With its simple color and modern design, this towel fits seamlessly into any lifestyle.
It’s perfect for everyday use.

We're often asked, “Won't it dissolve in water?”
No need to worry —the washi used here doesn’t dissolve, and you can use it just like any other cotton towel.

*Bath Mat is available in black only
